The Barrel Ridge

In designing this residence, we aimed to create a seamless blend of comfort and luxury against a backdrop of stunning mountain vistas and the Prospector Golf Course's 10th green. The home is bathed in natural light year-round, enhancing its inviting ambiance. The main floor centers around a grand great room with a three-sided fireplace, expansive seating, and a dining area that extends onto a deck via multi-panel sliding doors, enriching the indoor-outdoor flow. The kitchen is a culinary haven, equipped with high-end appliances and a pass-thru window that connects to the outdoor bar seating, perfect for entertaining. Above, a loft offers a quiet retreat with the best views in the house. The lower level caters to entertainment with a media room featuring immersive sound and gaming setups, alongside a versatile games area. Outdoor spaces include a large grill on the upper deck and a year-round accessible hot tub on the lower patio.
